Older kids and teens want a challenge. Backyard ninja courses give them obstacles that test strength, balance and agility, and they are a great way to get teens off the couch and into the yard.
We design courses with modular obstacles that can be rearranged, and we add zip lines where the yard and the trees allow.
Obstacles that grow with them
Warped walls, hanging rings, rope traverses, balance beams, rungs, climbing nets and cargo bridges can be mixed into a course. Obstacles can be raised or swapped to keep the challenge fresh.
A good course is safe to fail on, with deep surfacing and spacing between obstacles.
About zip lines
Zip lines add speed, which means braking, anchor points and clear space matter even more. We plan the line, the slope, the braking and the landing area with care, and we steer clear of lines in tight spaces.
For many yards, a short, low line or a ground-level course provides the thrill with less risk.
