Rubber surfacing has become a standard on modern playgrounds. It cushions falls, drains water, resists rot and comes in a range of colors and designs.
We install shredded rubber mulch, poured-in-place rubber, bonded rubber and tiles for backyards, schools and community playgrounds.
Choices in rubber
Rubber mulch is loose and affordable. Poured-in-place surfaces are seamless, firm and can be designed with colors and patterns. Interlocking tiles are quick to install and can be replaced piece by piece.
Bonded rubber is a mid-way option with a firm feel.
What to know
Rubber needs a stable, well-drained base. Poured surfaces need dry weather and skilled installation. Dark colors can get hot in the sun.
Poured surfaces are also a good choice for accessible playgrounds.
