A yearly inspection catches the small problems that become big ones: loose bolts, worn swing hangers, rotting posts, thin surfacing and clutter in the play zone.
We inspect residential sets and give you a clear, honest list of what to fix, replace or leave alone.
What we check
Posts and beams for movement, rot and cracks, bolts and hardware for tightness and corrosion, swing seats, chains and hangers for wear, slides and decks for damage, railings for gaps and the anchoring.
We also measure surfacing depth, look at the use zone around the set and note overhead hazards like branches.
What you get
A written list of findings, with priorities. Safety items come first, then maintenance, then cosmetic work.
We can do the repairs, or you can use the list to handle it yourself.

Is it right for your family?
A good fit when
- It has been a year or more since the last check
- You bought a used set
- The set was moved or restored
- You noticed wobble, wear or rust
Worth knowing
- An inspection is a visual and hands-on check, not a certification
- Hidden rot may need more investigation
- Some issues need parts that must be ordered
- Conditions change, so regular checks matter
Good questions about safety inspections.
How often should a swing set be inspected?
A thorough check at least once a year, plus a quick look before each season of heavy use.
Is your inspection a certification?
No. It is a careful hands-on check with recommendations, not a formal certification.
Can you inspect a used set before I buy it?
Yes, we can check a set you are thinking of buying or moving.
