A playground is a living structure. Hardware loosens, surfaces compact, wood weathers and parts wear out. Regular inspection and maintenance catch problems early and keep the space safe.
We offer one-time inspections and ongoing maintenance programs for schools, churches, HOAs, apartments and parks, with written reports and clear priorities.
What an inspection covers
Structure, hardware, swing components, slides, surfaces, borders, drainage, fencing and the zone around the equipment. We note wear, damage and hazards and rate their priority.
Written reports help boards and administrators keep records and plan budgets.
Maintenance programs
We can schedule seasonal visits to tighten hardware, top up surfacing, clean equipment, replace parts and handle repairs. A program spreads cost and keeps surprises small.
We also train on-site staff to do simple daily and weekly checks.
